Our human capital....motivate, support, lead...its easier to do everything yourself or is it? fact is our lives are 'blessed' with all kinds of people. like it or not, we goto deal with them.
show them your vision, set the goals, make them own it, provide the necessary tools...that's all you can do..if they don't share the vision, then there is a mismatch of people and organisation/you...
